Simply
relaying the information contained in a Phantom Shopper
report may not be enough to bring the level of service
up to your standards. Many of our clients wish to have
us create training programs and/or incentive progams
to help reinforce the standards you have set for your
organization. These programs may take many forms including,
but not limited to: on-site 'train-the-trainer' programs,
on-site direct staff training programs, customer service
'webinar' programs, monetary incentive program formation,
