A mystery shopper is an individual
that is sent out at the request of one of our clients to anonymously
evaluate their products and services according to standards
agreed upon by management. These Phantom Shoppers take on
the role of your every day customer to experience and record
their findings in very detailed 'shopper report.' Our clients
range from restaurants, resorts, hotels and casinos to banks,
car dealerships, arenas, ballparks and retail outlets. Our
Phantom Shoppers are rewarded for performing this service
by receiving reimbursements for the dinner check, the hotel
stay, tickets, tips, fees or any other expenses they incur
related to the businesses they are shopping. In some cases,
they are also paid a fee for these reports as well.
Our service allows owners
to track the growth and performance of individual stores, locations,
regions and/or managers according to specific questions such as:
